Mixing & Application Instructions

Surface Preparation: Ensure the substrate is clean, dry, and free from dust, grease and loose particles.

Mixing: Combine Part A (resin) and Part B (hardener) in the recommended ratio (Part A : Part B = 100:10 by weight). Mix until a smooth, uniform consistency is achieved.

Application: Use a notched trowel to spread the adhesive evenly on the surface. Place tiles firmly and adjust within open time (30-40 minutes).

Curing: Allow 24-48 hours for full curing before exposure to heavy loads or water.

Coverage Guide:

16-20 sq. ft per 4kg pack (1.5 mm bed with 3x3mm notch); 8-10 sq. ft per 4kg (3mm bed with 6x6mm notch).

Storage & Shelf Life:

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Shelf life: 24 months in unopened packaging.
