Binito Construction Chemicals was founded to solve a pervasive failure in modern Indian construction: the widespread cracking, hollow debonding, and water seepage caused by applying outdated sand-cement methods to modern non-porous vitrified tiles and dense stone slabs.

Every batch of our dry-set adhesive and 3-part epoxy grout is tested for open time, tensile shear adhesion, and transverse deformation according to stringent IS 15477:2019 and European EN 12004 standards.
